"saṅkar suvan kesarīnandan" is Chaupai 6 of the Hanuman Chalisa, which Tulsidas wrote in Awadhi. It means: You come from Shiva and are the son of Kesari. Your radiance and might are vast, and the whole world bows to you. Valmiki has Jambavan tell Hanuman that he is the son of Kesari and, by birth, the son of the Wind.
