Hanuman Chalisa, Chaupai 20

Meaning of “durgam kāj jagat ke jete”

"durgam kāj jagat ke jete" is Chaupai 20 of the Hanuman Chalisa, which Tulsidas wrote in Awadhi. It means: However many hard tasks there are in the world, your grace makes every one of them easy. Read it slowly, one half at a time, and say the Awadhi aloud.

दुर्गम काज जगत के जेते ।सुगम अनुग्रह तुम्हरे तेते ॥durgam kāj jagat ke jetesugam anugrah tumhare tete

However many hard tasks there are in the world, your grace makes every one of them easy.
