"rām duāre tum rakhvāre" is Chaupai 21 of the Hanuman Chalisa, which Tulsidas wrote in Awadhi. It means: You guard Rama's door. No one enters without your leave. Read it slowly, one half at a time, and say the Awadhi aloud.

राम दुआरे तुम रखवारे ।होत न आज्ञा बिनु पैसारे ॥rām duāre tum rakhvārehot na ājñā binu paisāre

You guard Rama's door. No one enters without your leave.
