Nature, under my supervision, brings forth all moving and unmoving beings. Because of this, the world keeps changing, O son of Kunti.

All changing life unfolds under Krishna's supervision. The world keeps transforming because nature works through his oversight.
संदर्भ और टिप्पणी
On the Kurukshetra battlefield, Krishna keeps answering Arjuna's deepest confusion. After explaining creation and his detachment from it, he now says that nature itself brings forth the whole moving and unmoving world under his supervision, and that this is why everything keeps changing.
