हे भरतवंशियोंमें श्रेष्ठ अर्जुन बलवालोंमें काम और रागसे रहित बल मैं हूँ । मनुषयोंमें धर्मसे अविरुद्ध धर्मयुक्त काम मैं हूँ ॥
English
Among the strong, I am strength free from desire and attachment. In beings, I am desire that does not oppose dharma, O best of the Bharatas.
श्लोक का अर्थ
True strength is free from craving, and desire is right only when it does not fight against dharma.

Krishna is still answering Arjuna on the battlefield, where every impulse could become violence or collapse. He says the power in strength is not blind appetite, and desire itself is not the problem when it stays aligned with dharma.
