दैवीसम्पत्ति मुक्तिके लिये और आसुरीसम्पत्ति बन्धनके लिये है । हे पाण्डव तुम दैवीसम्पत्तिको प्राप्त हुए हो, इसलिये तुम्हें शोक चिन्ता नहीं करना चाहिये ॥
English
The divine nature leads to freedom; the demonic nature leads to bondage. Do not grieve, Pandava. You are born with the divine nature.
श्लोक का अर्थ
Qualities that uplift a person lead to freedom, while qualities rooted in ego create bondage. Krishna tells Arjuna not to despair, because Arjuna already has the qualities that lead upward.
संदर्भ और टिप्पणी
On Kurukshetra, after listing the traits of the divine and the demonic, Krishna turns to Arjuna directly. The battlefield is still frozen, but the teaching sharpens: Arjuna is not trapped by fear. His deeper nature already belongs to the side that frees.
